These terms govern the use of the REELERA app. Creating an account or using the App constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the Privacy Policy. The Hebrew version of these terms is the governing text.
REELERA provides scorekeeping, highlight recording, statistics, a player network and live match sharing. The service is provided AS IS and may change, be updated or be discontinued.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate details. Minimum age: 16.
Content you create (recordings, photos, messages, profile data) remains yours. By sharing content in the App you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it to the users you chose to share with, solely to operate the service. Important: recording other people requires their consent. Full responsibility for obtaining the consent of everyone being filmed — before recording and before any sharing — rests with you alone.
Do not use the App for harassment, invasion of privacy, uploading offensive or unlawful content, impersonation, compromising the service's security, or any use contrary to law. We may remove content and suspend or close a violating account.
You can block users and report offensive content from within the App. We will handle reports at our discretion and as required by law.
Some capabilities require a paid subscription, purchased through the app store and renewed under the store's terms. Cancellation is via the store's settings. Prices may change with prior notice.
The App, its design, marks and code are the property of REELERA or its licensors. Do not copy, reproduce or create derivative works without written permission.
Use of the App is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of content or data, service availability, or the content and conduct of other users.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for violating these terms, with notice where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
