REELERA (the "App") lets you score, record and share padel and tennis matches. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Using the App means you agree to this policy. The Hebrew version of this policy is the governing text.
• Account details: email address and password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider), and a display name. • Profile details you choose to fill in: photo, city, club, playing level, dominant hand, availability and partner status. • Match content: scores, statistics, match history and the video/audio clips you record. • Chat messages you send to other players. • Voice commands: during a voice-scored match, audio is processed by speech recognition solely to update the score. • Technical data: device identifiers for push notifications, and crash reports for fixing defects.
Only to run the App: managing your account, keeping results and history, showing your profile to other players (if you chose to be discoverable), sharing live matches with participants you invited, sending notifications, and fixing defects. We do not sell personal information.
Recordings are stored on your device. A highlight is uploaded to the cloud only when you explicitly share it — for example in a shared match or on your public profile. You are solely responsible for obtaining the consent of people being filmed before recording and sharing.
Data is stored on Google's cloud services (Firebase — authentication, database and file storage), and crash reports with Sentry. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and accepted security standards.
A profile you marked as discoverable is visible to other players in the player network. The score, live view and highlights of a shared match are visible to that match's participants. Chat messages are visible to their recipient. You control what you share.
Premium subscriptions are purchased and billed through the app store (Google Play / App Store). We do not store payment card details.
You may review your data, correct it, remove your profile from the network (stop being discoverable), or request deletion of your account and associated data. Requests: shupit21@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.
We apply accepted security measures, including access rules restricting each user to their own data. No security is perfect and we cannot guarantee absolute protection. Data is kept while your account is active or as required by law.
The App is intended for ages 16 and up. We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age; if we learn of such a case, we will delete the data.
We may update this policy from time to time. A material change will be presented in the App. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
